RUNG Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of RUNG, a multiplayer Court Piece game for Android. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

1. Who you are playing with

RUNG creates an account for you the moment you open it, with no sign-up. You may link a Google account so your rating survives changing phones. You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping access to the device it sits on.

You must be at least 13 years old to play.

2. Fair play

The rules are enforced by our server, not by the app on your phone. You agree not to:

• modify the app, intercept its traffic, or send the server anything other than what the app would send;
• use bots, scripts or any automation to play on your behalf;
• collude with other players to fix a match or inflate a rating;
• deliberately abandon ranked matches to avoid a loss;
• choose a display name that is abusive, hateful, or impersonates someone else.

Matches you leave are forfeited, and the result still counts. A bot does not finish the hand on your behalf.

3. Coins, cosmetics and progress

Coins are earned by playing. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Cosmetics you unlock are a licence to use them inside RUNG, not property you own.

Ratings, levels, seasons and cosmetics may be adjusted, reset at the end of a season, or corrected where they resulted from a fault or from a breach of these terms.

4. Reporting and enforcement

You can report or block a player from their card at the table. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and we may do so without notice where the breach affects other players' matches.

5. Your content

The only content you create in RUNG is your display name and your choice of cosmetics. You grant us permission to show your display name, avatar, rating and results to other players — that is what a leaderboard is.

6. Availability

RUNG is an online game and depends on our servers. We do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including seasons, leaderboards and cosmetics.

We may require you to update to a supported version of the app to keep playing.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. It is permanent. Matches you have already played remain in other players’ history without your name attached. See the Privacy Policy for what is erased and what is kept.

If you no longer have access to the app, email haideryzai2@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or include your player ID) and we will delete it within 15 days.

8. Liability

RUNG is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost ratings, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Where local consumer-protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.

10. Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, contact haideryzai2@gmail.com first. We will try to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, either party may take the matter to the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, unless your local law requires a different forum.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
